Communication was excellent from the beginning. I received updates about where my package was and when it would arrive. The dress was a gift for my mom, and she LOVED it. The fit, the feel, the design, top quality. I will definitely order from EMBLEM again.

These pictured work overalls should not give the impression that they are actually useful for outdoor work. The material is very thin and basically just for style. The print is cute, but not practical because of the material weight for anything but lounging. Also the shoulder adjustment is very flimsy, can't figure out how to adjust straps that would actually keep them at a tighter length. Also. these are huge. I did call for customer service and their response was prompt and friendly. They did a great job in that department. I felt I was valued. But I now know that this line of clothing will not be on my buy list.

The company expressed genuine concern, prompt replies and was extremely courteous and apologetic in the delay of the dress.
