I love their products, I have the super tank and bring it with me during all trips, has been a lifesaver. My first one eventually had an issue (I think from a bad power source, to be honest) and Zendure simply sent me a new one, no questions asked. I was blown away by the support. Highly recommend.

Recently ordered half a dozen of the Zendure Passport III with a group of friends, and so far everyone is very pleased with the charger. Can't wait to use it for my upcoming trip!

I have been using Zendure Passport travel plug adapter for years since the original Passport, Passport II and lastly Passport III. Design, safety and endurance is second to none. But my latest Passport III was dead only after being used for a few days, was very worried about the quality of the latest model. But Zendure send me a brand new replacement and ensuring durability and testing of each product and that my case was a rare exception. Whatever it is, the fact that Zendure directly send a brand new replacement is a safety net!

Product is certainly good but customer service is great. I had a problem receiving the initial product and the customer services sorted it out quickly and efficiently.

I've crowd funded several of the Zendure products over the last couple of years. The communication about product development & delivery schedules have always been very good. I had a delivery issue with the last item (my fault, didn't get to the post office in time!) and the customer service team were very responsive, helpful & friendly (thank you Grace) and got the item reshipped & delivery very quickly.

I had issues with the Superport 4 and the CS staff resolved and sent it immediately courier the replacement after showing the issues and this is what is service recovery is all about and definitely will support future Zendure products with confidence

Passport works well. Despite the distances, Zendure was easy to work with. The service was excellent.

I bought a 26800mAh SuperTank Pro from Amazon where there was a limited time offer which included a USB-C hub. I only received the Power Bank so emailed Zendure who explained that I should have included the hub with my order but would not have been charged for it (they have since clarified the process on Amazon). In spite of my mistake they have now sent me a free hub. I contacted them on Sunday. They replied early on Monday. The hub arrived today - Wednesday. Brilliant customer service!

I bought this for a trip overseas. After about 2 weeks of use the mechanism became jammed and I couldn’t use it anymore. I emailed the company who asked for a few photos and sent a replacement immediately. Thank you so much for having such great support.

I purchased a Zendure 10,000mAh battery from Amazon. I had trouble identifying which of the two modes the battery was in. I emailed the company and they got back to me with a short video showing how it works. Very helpful.

i purchased the Zendure Passport III and the initial unit had some fault. I reached out to customer service and the officer was very prompt with replying and made the arrangement for the replacement as smooth as possible. I got the replacement unit very quickly as well. Thank you, Zendure team for the positive experience and producing such good work with the products!

Purchased several items (x3 and supermini power banks, and passport ii pro travel adapter). I had a few issues with the website when trying to arrange shipping. An email to customer service had this issue sorted out very quickly. Upon receipt I had an issue with one item, one more email to customer service and this issues was resolved as well. Overall great quality items and excellent customer service.

Horrible communication.
Was originally slated to receive my unit in October of 2021, it is now June - 8 months later and we are now being told July.
The project page is littered with complaints about the lack of communication and the unclear and vague information which is provided when they do communicate.
A little transparency regarding challenges would go a long way.
But instead there are months without updates leaving the service team to answer to the company's masses of malinformed backers.
