I recently rented an electric bike from Zendrain in Bangkok, and I had a great experience. However, if you're over 65, I wouldn't recommend biking in Bangkok due to the heavy traffic and busy roads. The city’s roads can be quite congested, which can make cycling a bit challenging.

That said, Zendrain was very professional and answered all my questions promptly. They even provided a video to help me get started, though I didn't watch it at first. Eventually, I had to message them for help on how to start the bike, and they responded quickly with clear instructions.

Once I got going, I found the bike easy to ride, especially on the less busy streets. The bike’s dashboard clearly shows the battery level and the gear you’re in, and you can easily turn the lights on and off. Renting an electric bike from Zendrain is also a very affordable way to explore Bangkok without spending too much.

Overall, I highly recommend Zendrain. They clearly care about their customers' safety and concerns, and they provide excellent service.

I purchased a Xiaomi m365 scooter. It arrived in about 10 days to Thailand. It is the Chinese version which is fine, there is no difference except the manual and box have chinese written on them. Happy with the price and the service.

I bought a H2 projector. They sent me Chinese version. Not the Global version. I have emailed repeatedly, on get robo emails back.
