I ordered this product from their website and their website states they dont charge shipping, but they DID charge me shipping. Ironically they ship out of Texas and I live in texas... To make matters worse, my product hasn't even been shipped yet and its been over 2 weeks. No one responds to my emails, phone calls, or refund requests. What a big joke of a company. Shut this site down!!!
