Keep your money away from this company! They simply don’t care about their customers. I contacted customer support with a problem. They told me to reinstall the app. I did that. And now, when I try to log in to my account, I get an error. I enter my phone number and always get an error. If I enter a different phone number, everything works fine—I receive an SMS. The problem is definitely on their end. I don’t know why my account was restricted. Meanwhile, customer support says everything is fine. At first, they pretended to help. Now they aren’t responding at all. A month has passed. I still don’t have access to my money.
