Overall very good experience
Easy website. Good abd quick delievery with RM. The machine has lots of choice in noise and level. I dont use the light, just the rain sounds. Like the timer too. Overall great product and value for money, even if you're in your mid 30s!!!

Awful ongoing experience
I left a previous review recently which it won't let me edit so here's a new one in response to Zello's reply:
"You initially contacted us with an Amazon order number, explaining that your machine was no longer working. Although the order was placed more than six months prior, and therefore outside of the warranty period, our agent promptly arranged a replacement for you as a goodwill gesture."
- As advised, despite being out of the warranty period this is still covered by the Consumer Rights Act. It's not a goodwill gesture when it's a completely different product.
"You later raised a concern that the replacement was not the correct product. Upon investigation, it became clear that you were referring to a different Amazon order than the one you had originally provided."
- As advised, I did provide the incorrect Amazon order by mistake and then provided the correct one.
"You did ask to return the replacement, however, as we had already sent a complimentary machine, our agent did not feel it was necessary to send another."
- As advised, it is necessary, as the "complimentary machine" is not a suitable replacement. Again, this is all covered by the Consumer Rights Act.
"We always strive to provide fair and helpful support, even outside of warranty, and we’re sorry to hear you remain unhappy with the outcome."
- Providing a lesser product as a "replacement" then ignoring my emails is not fair or helpful.
"If there’s any further clarification we can provide, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer care team, we’d be glad to help ensure everything is clear."
- I have done. I've emailed multiple times now with no reply. I've also asked it to be escalated to manager and now a formal complaint. Please do reply.

The product itself was great until it stopped working - conveniently not long after the warranty period had ended. Contacted customer support who were helpful at first and said they would send a replacement out no problem.
Unfortunately, they sent a different product. When I flagged this to them and asked them to send the correct product they said I had already been refunded through Amazon, which was incorrect. I explained to them what happened with Amazon and offered to send evidence that the refund had been cancelled by them but they ignored this.
They then sent a weirdly rude email saying "despite all the back and forth over email" (responding to customers over email is surely just part of customer service) they said I could keep the one they'd sent as a gesture of goodwill. I explained this isn't a gesture of goodwill at all as it's the completely wrong product. I have no use for it and it's sat still packaged waiting to be returned but they won't reply to me with return instructions.
They said they wouldn't replace the original since it's out of warranty and ignored my email stating that makes them in breach of the Consumer Rights Act.
So I now have a product that no longer works (which my little one loved and is really upset about!), a replacement that is completely unsuitable, and no replies from customer support any more.
I wouldn't buy anything from this company again. A real shame as we loved the original product.

Someone bought us a Zello for our newborn. Honestly I can say that from the day I switched it on, it was a game changer. The battery life is really good and above anything else it actually works.

Two days ago it stopped working
Two days ago it stopped working. I tried it the next morning re-plugged it and plugged it in. It worked for a little while then it stopped now it’s not working at all.

The little machine is great. Just what we needed. At times you need to push the buttons additional times eg to get it started but works just fine otherwise

We absolutely love our Lumi night…
We absolutely love our Lumi night light, it’s been a god send for our little one. Unfortunately the sound did stop functioning after 1.5 year use, so I contacted Lumi, they were so helpful, after going through some troubleshooting, they issued me with a brand new machine even though my warranty had expired. Can’t thank the customer service team enough! Thank you

Great choice of sounds. The light is nice to have. The battery seams to last long (I haven't had the Zello that long yet, but it was the most important thing to me that I don't have to recharge it every couple of days).
Some noises could be even quieter.
The light (coloured and white) could have the option to get darker.
The ring should be made of silicone or some other soft material that doesn't make noise when touching the Zello.
Same for the buttons that make that "clack" when pressed.
