Very worrying after placing an order on…

Very worrying after placing an order on what looks like a very legitimate website… However absolutely no response to their website contact form and worst still all emails to their ‘support’ email address are bounced. Very concerned now due to the amount of money we have paid. Only saving grace is that we have paid by credit card so I can invoke a claim for a refund with them directly should it be necessary which I hope it isn’t! This company is not instilling me with any confidence that it isn’t dodgy.
