Perfect for our bilingual congregation!
Zeffy makes collecting membership fees easy and even automatic! I love the features! You can sell multiple types of tickets to events, as custom images and logos, translate anything in a click, and get reminders sent to emails automatically. I love that payments are processed weekly and I don't have to do it manually!

Our members love using zeffy
Our members love using zeffy to make donations, buy memberships and make purchases for other fundraisers. So easy on the admin end too. No fees is a huge bonus.

Great program for non-profit organizations
It was easy to set up our account. First program that we have found that is designed to help non-profit organizations by not charging processing fees. The support team is excellent.

- Your payout was scheduled for monthly desposits, which is why it hadn’t arrived yet. We’ve since updated your payout schedule to weekly so you’ll receive funds more quickly going forward.
- Our team responded to each of your messages the same day, but I see that our emails may not have reached you due to spam filters (it says "There was an issue sending your email. A previous email to the recipient was flagged as spam"). Please make sure to whitelist contact@zeffy.com so our replies come through.
- Zeffy does offer phone support, and we’re always happy to connect! You can book a call with our team anytime through our website.
- As for the fee mentioned: Zeffy remains 100% free for nonprofits. Donors can choose to leave an optional contribution to support our platform, but it’s never required.

The raffle feature was so helpful
The raffle feature was so helpful. Next year, we plan to use this feature for one of our events. The email confirmations and spreadsheets helped us to be organized. By using Zeffy, we were able to lower our expenses.
