It was my first sports massage with Mike and he was everything you'd want from a massage therapist. Super friendly, has a clear passion for giving his clients the best treatment possible and really knows his stuff (I tend to ask a lot of questions). Really appreciated some of the small touches like letting you know every time he's going to ramp up the pressure. Would highly recommend.

One star for Zeers Therapy Winnersh. Initially, communication was consistent and coherent until we requested a deposit refund due to a last-minute appointment time change (20 minutes later). Unfortunately, we couldn't rearrange our commitments. Since then, communication has been poor, and the owner is ignoring our messages. Hoping this review prompts a response explaining the lack of deposit refund.

I booked a massage appointment with Mike and even paid the deposit in advance. However, less than an hour before the appointment, I received a message from him stating that he would be late. Despite knowing that my wife and I were not from the area and that this was a one-time visit for us, Mike's tardiness put us in a tight spot as we had other commitments and couldn't afford to wait around.

When I attempted to contact Mike to inquire if someone else could take our appointments on time, he completely ignored my messages and missed calls. It wasn't until 16 minutes after the scheduled appointment time that he bothered to reply, leaving us stranded and frustrated. Adding to our dismay, the reception was unmanned, and our repeated calls went unanswered.

Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to seek services elsewhere. Upon requesting a refund from Mike, he callously refused, citing a cancellation policy despite the fact that we were forced to cancel due to his own lack of punctuality. His refusal to acknowledge his role in the situation demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and understanding.

We ultimately found excellent service at Chinese Massage & Four Hands in Woking. Not only were we able to fulfil our commitments later in the day, but the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring that my wife and I could receive our massages simultaneously.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against booking with Mike due to his unreliable nature and poor customer service. Instead, I wholeheartedly recommend Chinese Massage & Four Hands for their professionalism and exceptional service.

Mike was so knowledgeable! I didn’t give him much in the way of what I needed but he knew exactly what was wrong and I feel extremely happy with the service he provided, I felt very comfortable and safe! Thank you so much will be back

Mike is an absolute magician, I came to him with tightness in my upper back that was restricting my movement. In just one session he managed to sort it all out. Highly recommended 🙌🏼

Mike is very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Had a sports massage with him, my legs were one of my main problems and they felt amazing the next day. Will definitely be going to him more regularly to sort my aches and pains out. Would highly recommend!!
