Excellent AI marketing tool with an intuitive workflow.
I've been using Zeely to create marketing assets for my own SaaS product, ACE Business Forge, and I've been impressed with how guided and easy the workflow is. The platform takes you step by step through creating a product profile, generating visuals, and preparing video ads. One feature I particularly liked was the ability to combine a reference image with an AI avatar and then refine the result using your own prompt. That gave me much more creative control than I expected. The generated images looked professional and provided a solid starting point for promotional content. I'm looking forward to exploring more of the platform as I launch my product.

Expensive Trial and Error for Product Businesses
I subscribed to Zeely because it appeared to be an excellent solution for creating premium marketing videos for my jewellery brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
The platform has potential, but the AI frequently failed to follow instructions. It repeatedly changed my jewellery designs, altered product details, mispronounced words in the voiceover and sometimes cut the narration short. Every unsuccessful generation still consumed credits, even though the output was unusable.
If you're creating generic social media content, this may not be a major issue. However, if you sell physical products where accuracy is essential, such as jewellery, fashion or luxury goods, be prepared to use a significant number of credits trying to achieve one acceptable result. What initially appears affordable quickly becomes expensive.
The final straw was being locked out while I still had around 1,500 unused credits remaining. It was the last day of my subscription, but the day had not yet ended. Instead of being able to use the credits I had already paid for, I received a message stating that my operating system was not supported and that I needed to subscribe again. I had been using the same computer throughout my subscription without any issues.
I don't expect AI to be perfect. I do expect a fair credit system. Customers should not lose credits because the AI ignores instructions, and they certainly should not lose access to credits they have already paid for before their subscription has actually expired.
I'm leaving this review because I believe potential customers, especially small businesses, deserve to understand how the platform currently works before committing their money. Zeely has potential, but in its current form, it was an expensive and frustrating experience for my business.
