WRONG PRESCRIPTION
The frames are fine, but the lenses are a completely wrong prescription. Awful and I will not be ordering from you again. I do not understand because my previous orders have been fine.

The prescription was perfect
The prescription was perfect, and the pricing and delivery were excellent. But… (and I thought this might be a problem) the frames were not a good fit. Buying without being able to try them on doesn’t really work for me. But I would still recommend buying from Zeelool, if you have a regular sized face lol

Not what I expected
Im not understanding how to use these glasses, they’re suppose to be progressive but the glasses seem to be divided in three different Rx, the top are fine, I could see clear from far, but the bottom are split in half and there is only a fraction of the lens where I could read but blurry. I send you my proper Rx, so I’m not understanding why I can’t see clear via the reading portion. Also they’re very thick and heavy for me 🥺 maybe I’m using them wrong 🤷🏻♀️

LOVE my 2 new pairs of glasses! The customer service team was extremely helpful to me, as I tried the glasses with a new prescription a couple weeks ago, and the prescription just didn't feel right in one eye. So I asked about the replacement process, went back to my eye doctor for a corrected prescription again, and was able to get the replacement pairs of my new glasses with the updated prescription within a week of starting the support conversation. Thanks, Zeelool support team!!
