I’ve been working with this company for a long time, and I’m very satisfied with their work. They’re always quick to respond and have a friendly, supportive attitude. They consistently help me, and we always manage to find compromises and the best solutions — both for me and for them.

Since day 1, Zdigitizing has had exceptional customer service, lighting fast responces to any questions I have or modification requests.

I am going into my 2nd month of membership but plan on Zdigitizing to be my goto for many years to come.

Quality work

Fantastic experience working with Zdigitizing. They are my go to company for creating embroidery files for my projects. Best thing about them is the customer service. They have taught me a lot about the process of digitizing embroidery designs and the outcome shows in my projects overall.

The digitizing team does great work! I have the subscription service, and I send images during all hours of the day/night! They always deliver quickly! Often, I will provide a few edits, and they deliver flawlessly each time, without using more of my monthly designs! My business is expanding faster because of zDigitizing!

Zdigitizing offers great customer service and quick response times! The products they deliver are top notch and I cannot thank them enough for all their help. Customer service and turn around times are great.

They went above the call of duty! They are always, polite and helpful. I have been using them for over a year and professional and prompt through all my needs.

Where to start?! This was the first time I've ever needed to do an embroidery file conversion, so I needed my hand held through the entire process. The team at Zdigitizing went above and beyond at every step in the process. Response times were so quick and my final products were perfect. Couldn't recommend more!

After trying a few other digitalizing companies -THIS IS THE BEST! Fast, Friendly, Affordable and Efficient.

Honestly I would love to give this a 5 star because I've had several amazing digitized files from Z Digitizing. They are fast and provide quick responses and do have done talented digitizer. The problem I have, is consistency and having issues fixed correctly the first time around. I wish we had a deligated agent that understood out style and expectations so we could get more consistent results. Paying attention to small details especially with facial features is difficult for them. Attention to line weight (thickness or thiness to lines) has been an issue. There is no signoffs ontge work so you don't know which developers to request or which to avoid.

I hate wasting time, money and materials stitching out sometime just to realized that the problems you reported were not fixed. It should have take 4-8 rounds of edits to fix an issue you brought up after the first draft. Again, I have had done AMAZING work done…just inconsistent.

Asking for change in file size is often met with an up charge although other places do it for free not to mention in your monthly subscription it states “free design editing” Also the recognition that their mistakes cost you the customer is completely absent and they offer no credits when mistakes drag on.

Will I use them again? More than likely. They are good and sometimes even great. I would just like for them to address some small issues and become more consistent with the work they put out. There is room to improve and I figure with more honest imput they will knock it out of the park more often than not.

What a fantastic company! They really want their customers to be happy with their products! They have made several revisions that I have requested with turnaround times within an hour! I’m so happy with all of the designs I have submitted. I have been telling everyone I know about them!

Zdigitizing was very prompt in turning-around my request, and they answered questions I had about thread count density. Courteous service and good value - I will definitely use them the next time!

My experiences with Zdigitizing has been great. There is fast turn around. If you need something tweaked they are very responsive and quick turnaround. The price is great. I’m very pleased with my final results.
