Hi Peter, i am sorry you were not happy with the delivery experience with your order, we have little control over the number and frequency of updates on tracking provided by carriers such as Royal Mail and AusPost. We provide an overall estimate of delivery for your order which was 10-14 business days, and for this order the delivery was made in 10 business days, on the lower end of our estimate. The tracking for your package updated roughly every 3-4 business days through the journey, we wish we could increase the tracking updates frequency or speed up delivery, unfortunately we are reliant on third party companies to provide those services. There is a DHL express option available for urgent orders, it is a lot more expensive but is available if required, this service will usually arrive in a week or less. purchased the lazer for ps2 fat version. they have great information to brake down which one is compatible to according to your model. product worked great after intsalling it. almost plug and play, did not have to adjust lazer. im happy that it worked right out of the box. note: if you are going to buy one, remember to unsolderer the solder on the board of the lazer for shipping protection. other wise with that extra step, it was a plug and play.

Company provides defective parts
Update:
As they decided to post specific information in an attempt to make a valid and factual reclview appear to be dishonest I will add this, I have an email from their representatives admitting their parts are defective and that they will not correct the known issue at the factory because it is "to expensive" to have the mold remade correctly.
Company is providing defective parts due to their inability to hvlave their manufacturer in China QA their injection molds and make sure they are not leaving large pieces of flash in the product. Zedlabs support confirmed they have this issue with all (purple) left joycon battery trays

When you first contacted us we had difficulties in identifying the defect that you were trying to report due to how small it was, we had to make 2-3 communications in order to be completely certain of your issue because it was so hard to find, we advised you of this issue through our email communications. We were honest as always in advising that on checking a second unit of stock that we found a tiny amount of flashing, we were being extremely critical of the product in our inspection of this product to find this, doing our best to be understanding of what you were reporting we explained about this tiny piece of plastic present, you had told us the button would not fit due to a defect, we could not replicate the fitting problem.
The flashing we found was extremely small, a wafer thin bit of plastic on a joining seem of an internal part, not uncommon in plastic molded products, and in our view equivalent to finding a loose strand of thread on a new t-shirt, we were not able to find any functional issues in relation to this extremely minor piece of excess plastic but we proceeded to test the part and we then sent you a complete new set of joy-con shells at our cost.
We did everything we could to assist you, and i believe we provided you with a perfectly functional and more than acceptable replacement part which we shipped promptly to you in response to your issue. The reality of low cost plastic products is that they are mass produced and there are certain tolerances, we manage over 6000 products and have very few issues whereby the quality falls below an acceptable tolerance and actually defective, in your case we wanted to help so we replaced the item even though it appeared not to be an issue at least with the unit we checked, we replaced it in good faith as you told us it was broken after you tried fitting the button. I am sorry if our efforts were not enough to meet your expectations, leading you to leave us this negative review which lacks context, and may mislead others as to the quality of products we provide as a brand.
Whilst your feedback is technically correct that we did say there was some flashing, which may have been referred to as a defect in communications, we believe the above context is very important, the flash was not large and did not appear to cause any issues, we provided a part which you reported as defective, we confirmed a second had an extremely small piece of flashing, tested it working and sent you a working replacement which you have not since reported on in any way.
Again I am sorry that you felt the need to make this review after the efforts we made to put right an issue which was difficult to find, and was not replicated in our own testing as being an issue with the button fitment. We will, as always, continue to work with our team and suppliers to inspect deliveries / product manufacturing, and remove any problem products from our range before they reach the hands of customers as much as is humanly possible.

The PS2 lives again!
Perfect replacement for my busted ps2 part. Fit perfectly into place and worked without issue. To be able to get new warrantied parts for an outdated system for such a great price is a godsend. By linking with paypal the checkout experience was extremely fast and convenient. If i am ever in need again, zedlabz will be my first stop.
