I have been trying to reach them for a week now, but they continue to tell stories about delivering my parcel, making claims about attempted deliveries, and stories about escalating the issue they themselves caused. I am unsure of what the intentions are, but it’s clear they want me giving up. However, I will not give up, and I want to make that clear. I have repeatedly offered to collect the parcel myself, but they have not responded to my request. Therefore, I will visit their depot and stay outside until they hand me the parcel, as this seems to be the most effective way to resolve the situation.

Two lost parcels in the space of a month and also late or no updates on where parcels are. No ability to track parcel online and live chat doesn’t ever work.

I get stressed when Zara send me parcels with Zedify and will now be shopping less with them because of it.

Delivered to correct address and followed instructions. Did not just leave it in communal area. Thanks to courier, Couriers need to keep in mind there maybe disabled residents.

Very prompt and excellent service . There app keeps you up to date , and is easy to use and understand .
You are able to keep up to date with real time tracking , so no worries missing your parcel slot.
Driver was very polite and courteous , which makes a big difference .
So overall I recommend this company highly you will not be disappointed
I rate them far ahead of DHL and similar so called couriers well done Zedify .

My Hello Fresh box came on time. The driver knocked on my door and waited for us to open the door. Very polite.

The delivery man was great because he waited for me to answer the door and then he picked the parcel up and handed it to me. I have a bad back and really appreciated the fact he did this.

Zedify are one of best couriers I have ever had deliver. Up there with DPD and UPS DHL standard. Highly recommend. The two couriers I have had deliver this week from Zara did not leave parcels unattended on door step. Both called my telephone as my doorbell is not working and I came down to my parcel hand delivered. Well done on these young couriers! Please thank them both for being like couriers used to be; trustworthy; careful and followed instructions and delivered to person not left parcels unsafe.

I am so weary of these tricycle couriers as they always leave parcels unattended not even with a neighbour (which would be an easy and safe option). I would now after these positive experiences highly recommend this company Zedify - my first time using also they have a link where it tells one live how many stops until they arrive to deliver at your address including a map which is so helpful and time efficient.
