Some good results when doing custom images submitted directly to AI with descriptive directions. When using stock designs with flatlay tools It is hit r miss. I have had several images where the scale was incorrect. I wanted to add a model to a long cardigan and kept getting images of models wearing shorrt sweaters. Therefore, a waste of points. I have had images that were excellent at times. I was very pleased when that happened. It allowed me to show my fashions accurately on my website.

I'm new to editing images through AI, but I had no trouble at all in using x-design. I started with background removal, and then went on to object removal. I was amazed at how easy it was, and what a fantastic job this software does. And for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this product.

Unstable. Losses my work. Frustrating
I'm a long time F360 user. My son is a long time Solidworks users. I decided to try X-Design so we could collaborate more on designs. Paid my $25 for a year to give it a try. I've been using it for about 2 hours and have crashed it twice. Lost all my work from the 1st hour, it just was gone when I re-opened the browser and re-opened the drawing I was working on. Now it's stuck in some dimension mode and will not exit, so I've lost another hour. It seems feature rich, but not stable. Perhaps it's me being a new user and clicking somewhat randomly to try to figure out how to parameterize things etc and it just hasn't been tested with novice users so I'm finding all the bugs. But I just can't risk invest hours in a design to have it loose my work. That's so Microsoft 1990's and I just don't want to go back there.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I purchased the paid membership expecting better control and transparency, but images are being generated without my permission and my balance keeps getting deducted automatically. I never approved these actions, yet credits are being used without any confirmation. This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. I am a paid subscribe who use it to remove text from video and upscale video
I am a paid subscriber who use it to remove text from video. They have a pretty decent limit of 30 videos per day even on their basic plan which is great for me.
Although sometimes, it fails to remove background watermark especially when they are slanted (like the ones from fb ads library), but for removal of text on video, this is just amazing and totally budget friendly.
Their video up-scaler is also good which I use often.
Didn't use other features a lot so can't really comment about them but I will be renewing my plan continuously for the value I get
