I always buy Funko Pops from Zavvi and I cannot be more satisfied. Once I received a damaged item and they refunded me the total amount of the purchase without asking me to send it back, really good customer care!

I had troubles with an item
I had troubles with an item. Zavvi provide me full assistance and toke care of the problem in a very short time. The item was changed with another one and I was able to give it as a present for the birthday as I previded. Great job.
