I wish I had read the comments before placing an order.
Absolute sham of a company
Received what I believe to be a faulty pen. They’ve come back to me to say it’s user error.
I’m explaining that this cannot be user error as I’ve only used .25mg the first time and had more left following that. I’ve suspected leakage from the pen and their heads can’t even fathom it could actually be a faulty pen.
So much back and forth that I decided it was just best to get my bank involved.
Support is promised but in reality is completely absent.
I would not use or recommend at all
