Transfer was on time and drive was safe…
Transfer was on time and drive was safe and comfortable with new Mercedes both ways. Our guide, Stefanos, is friendly and accommodating. He provided relevant historical facts and got us up and down th mountain safely. The hike is rated “ Difficult “ and round trip with picture stops takes 2 hrs 30 minutes. Take two small bottles of water each for the hike and wear hiking shoes. We saw two young women with sandals and that is not safe.

Quick and good price
For a family of four it was cheaper then a regular line Naxos - Paros ( Naoussa).

Cruise cancelled with no notification
I booked an afternoon cruise to Balos (Crete). The cruise was cancelled but I wasn't informed about it and travelled over 200 km by car to the port to learn about it. No information, no notification in advance. Worse customer service possible.

Thanks for this review and thanks for booking with Zastours.com. We're incredibly sorry about what happened here we can fully understand your anger.
However, having looked at our emails it appears that the supplier changed times for the excursion - but that you did learn about this change from a phone call with them (you had phoned to ask about parking you say). It appears that, in the end, you did attend the cruise and did not waste a car journey. Perhaps you meant to write "I could have travelled over 200km by car".
Your last email states: "I will go to Kissamos to make it on time for the 10 AM cruise, but you should have informed me."
Nevertheless, we're incredibly sorry that we didn't inform you about the time change but in this instance the supplier didn't inform us of any change and had confirmed the 12:40 excursion you first booked.
We're glad that you managed to go on the cruise in the end but we can appreciate that you might have a poor impression of us or think that we don't care. We can very much assure you that isn't the case. We will be having strong words with our supplier to ensure that this cannot happen again and that they always contact us and their customers with changes.
We hope that you might consider booking with Zastours.com again in the future.

Simply a great trip to Koufonissia!
Everything was ok with this company! The original programm was respected and we could travel from Naxos to Koufonissia in a nice enough vessel. To be a ship, we could say the bathroom was not bad, and there was a good WiFi connection on board!

Cheese farm
I really wanted to book a tour with the cheese farm in Naxos but normally this is only for private groups possible. I am single so unfortunately not possible for me but Kyriakos from ZAS tours did his best to add me to a group so I could go. After a misunderstanding about the bus, he picked me up from my hotel and brought me to the cheese farm, anf then back to my hotel.
That is so incredibly kind :-) This tour was the highlight of my holiday thanks to Kyriakos from ZAS tours. Thank you very much!!!!

Professional and well-organized
Very professional and well-organized transport from Naxos to Delos and Mykonos and back again. The boat was clean and comfortable, with options to sit either inside or outside. The crew was helpful, with clear communication about departure times. The amount of time allocated for Delos was adequate to explore the archaeology, and being able to enjoy lunch and a bit of exploration in Myknonos afterwards was a nice bonus. I would recommend this tour as a low-stress way to see Delos if you're staying in Naxos or Paros.
