Happy with Zapply

The T1 is helping me exercise more regularly and generally feeling better. I’ve just moved onto the 6 month subscription and have also just purchased the Creatine. Customer service are always helpful and reply very quickly.

PRODUCT OK, SERVICE AWFUL

PRODUCT IS DECENT BUT THE WEBSITE MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.

IT SAYS THEY HAVE 'REAL TIME HELP' YET NO WAY TO ACCESS IT.

Just finished 90 days no good 👍🏻

Just finished 90 days, no difference at all in energy, muscle or any other claims made. Before buying chat gbt suggested it was “big claims” and chat gbt was correct.

I would use normal vitamins and eat well

Poor service

Placed an order five days ago for three months supply second time doing this money was taken out the account straight away no confirmation email no contact,five days later still waiting I’ve sent you a message. Heard nothing product really good contact and delivery service very poor.

Money taken, nothing received

Ordered T1 and Creatine. My account has been debited but no order confirmation has been received. I want the products, not to have to do a charge back as no goods have been received in a week now with no update also. This would have been my second delivery had it have been sent, I was happy previously

Update: contacted today on email by zapply where they asked to speak with me. I provided a phone number and times they could call . Received a further email asking me for my phone number so presume I am dealing with someone who is blind and on work experience there!

Further update:
Refund email received. Would like to continue using the product so will order again when it comes through. Did have some back and forth on email with customer services over a phone number which was provided but missed by them. Have increased review to 3 star as refund now on its way and firm have been responsive to the order not being received

Great service

After receiving my first order quickly one of the packets had a small slit in it. I contacted customer service. They responded quickly, professionally and with care. They sent me out another packet straight away. Great service. Would recommend.
