Prompt response, very quick is replacing my order that went missing in transit

I thought i ordered the deal 2+1 but I didn't somehow and received 'only' 2 packages. Reaching out the Zapply was easy and they responded with a great solution by sending the 3rd package for free. Great service! Now I'm going the experience their supplements. Hopefully just as great as their service

I accidentally order from their UK site and my order was shipped from the EU. It hit issues with Fedex due to import regulations. Zapply's customer service replied to my issue promptly and resolved it to my satisfaction without any argument.

No problem with receiving the product, very quick response from customer services when I asked a question.
Easy to cancel your order or delay it if needed.
Unfortunately the product itself didn't do anything for me. Gave it a go for a month but felt no difference. Doesn't mean it doesn't work for someone else, I just didn't get anything from it.

I ordered and received my 3 months of Zapply T1.
Unfortunately I was advised by my Gp that it could effect my epilepsy medication do best not to take it.
I informed them that I couldn’t take it and was given a refund straight away without hesitation.

Great customer experience there was a small tear in one of the bags of T1, I emailed very quick reply and a replacement bag on its way, looking forward to starting the supplement.

Fantastic customer service after a mix up with my order

I haven’t received my product yet, as there was an issue with the shipping address. I contacted Zapply and they have re-sent the order. I am yet to receive it as it was only done in the last 24 hours. I can’t comment on how good the product is, but in tens of customer service, no fuss, no stalling, dealt with my issue quickly and professionally, so I can’t fault them so far. Excellent service up to now.

I've already ordered my second shipment of 3 Zappy T1 pouches. I have been using Zapply T1 for 3 months now, and I feel much stronger and have gained muscle size in the past few weeks. I think it is working well so I decided to order again :)

I bought or rather try to buy it before, and came late and I had already left the country for a 3 months trip..now second time buying and it has been a week and no delivery yet, has not even left the country of origin...so not happy at all. Maybe the product is good but delivery services are rather poor...

I had a three month subscription and didn't really feel any different after using it. After a brief message I was reimbursed the full amount. These weren't for me but do give them a try as I've read lots of positive feedback from using them, you have nothing to lose.

I'm not trying to say Zapply T1 is some sort of miracle cure but having suffered with constant pain from sciatica for the past 5 years i have seeked medical help visited physiotherapists had acupuncture and taken all sorts of pain killers and suppliments. After one month of taking T1 i have been in no pain for the.last 3 weeks and have only felt minor discomfort in my lower back so i dont know if its designed for helping sciatica but it seems to be making a massive difference in my daily life.

Took it every day for a month and reluctantly I have to say I didn’t feel any better, there was no difference in of the advertised benefits.

I have read some reviews where people say it was great for them but unfortunately for me, it just didn’t improve anything at all.

I have been using the T1 for 6 weeks, really goid product, I feel more focused and alert
