Custom measurements not met
Beautiful dress had custom made to reflect my daughters height of 5ft 1... Hollow to floor came in 6 inches longer than the measurements I gave them having to take it to be amended costing me more money.

I ordered a prom dress and it was awful. Full house of glitter. I had an option to return in to China or America. I had to send it recorded delivery and with an extra return instructions which I have never experienced before. Return arrived a week later but no refund. Although girls on live chat were very nice( it took lots of time), it took over 6 weeks to receive the refund less postage cost to me and back to them. Not impressed .

Please stay away from this company! I ordered a dress for my daughter from Zapaka for her prom. It was packed tight into a small bag. When we took out the dress, sequins and glitter were falling all over the floor! It looked badly made and fabric not of good quality. My daughter tried it on and more sequins were falling off and she had glitter on her face. It didn't fit so I was quite glad to send it back. However I sent an email straight away as they request that you have to do that before they accept your return. I received a reply to say that they could offer me a 100% coupon or I could keep the dress and get a refund of £40. I emailed back to say I wanted a full refund and I wanted to return the dress as keeping it was of no use to me. I did not get a reply for 2 days. This reply said I could return the dress but I would have to pay for shipping and they would have to charge handling and re-stocking fee. They again offered me 100% coupon or now a £45 refund if I decided to keep the dress. As it would cost me around £20 to return the dress and I wasn't sure how much they would charge for handling and re-stocking fee, I decided to cut my losses and accept the £45. However, that was 5 days ago. I have sent 2 emails and I have had no response! Hang on to your money people and go to a physical shop and try things on. Most things coming from China are not worth the stress and not up to quality. I didn't see the reviews until after I had problems and with a .co.uk website address I fell for it!

On the 6th March I ordered a dress for a wedding, the dress said 3 to 8 days delivery- the dress finally arrived 4th April!!
The quality of the material is cheap and nasty, threads are evident the sizing is incorrect. The dress was £90 - i contacted Zapaka to ask from the return process only to receive an email from Danika telling me they'd give me £8 and I could keep the dress! Leaving me £82 out of pocket for a dress that is cheap looking, nothing like the picture and arrived late!!
I responded to say I want a full refund as is my right with faulty and unsuitable purchases. I have heard nothing since.

Ordered 2 dresses. Arrived in dry sealed packaging on a dry sunny day. Opened the packaging to find both dresses damp and smelling bad. Did an online chat and zapaka refused to pay the return cost and said they would refund the dresses when returned to them in good condition. Very difficult as they did not arrive in good condition. I explained the law states they are responsible for paying the return of goods in poor condition but they dont care. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. They are disgusting

Be carefull if you buy a dress from Zapaka. Their return policy is only 7 days from receipt of the order.
Unfortunately the order is not delivered to your door, but to a mail box, so when i actually got the dress i had no longer time to return it.
Normally a return policy should have a 30 days return possibility specially when you buy online and the order is shipped by regular mail

However, today marks the 15th day, and my order still hasn't been shipped. When I reached out to customer service, they told me it would "most probably" be shipped over the week—no certainty, no responsibility!

If I had the choice I wouldn't even give 1 star. This company are thieves. I had to return a dress in October as it was really big at the top and normal size everywhere else. When I requested a return I was offered a deal..Keep the dress and they'd refund a portion of the money. The dress was of no use to me so I asked for a full refund. I returned the dress( return postage was £14) and despite sending 8 emails I have not even had a response, never mind an refund. I paid £65 for the dress plus £14 for return postage..£79 altogether.

It is a shame they have such poor customer services and extreme, random charges as their dresses look lovely. But the first message I got (which went into my junk inbox, and is dodgy) was about my order being multiple dresses, I had bought 4 wedding dresses, and that they would charge me 30% of the whole order if I was to return them. It was very rude basically saying that trying on and returning is not allowed but they are an online retailer so I don’t understand how people are supposed to find a dress that’s suitable without this.
Then when I replied saying that I was not happy with this abrupt and extreme charge as I am looking for my wedding dress and cannot be wasting money on nothing, they said that if I was to cancel the order, I would get NOTHING back. That’s no dresses and no money returned to me. I said how baffling this system of theirs was as if they sent me the dresses and I returned them I would at least get a partial refund but if they send no dresses I would be £500 down with nothing to show for it.
They then tried to shut me up by just offering me a partial refund, which is half what I paid and is again a very random number which just makes me think they’re making it up as they go. Absolutely appalling service, I would give it a miss despite how lovely the dresses look.
