Why had I never used this company before? The table top I purchased for my patio is well made and the price was better than anywhere else. I was surprised at the wide range of products available on the website. Best of all, my table top was shipped quickly. However, we want to reassure you that your order was dispatched via UPS the very next day, on May 1st, and the tracking details were automatically sent to your email from our system. I am sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. To have to personally unload heavy equipment when you have paid for a liftgate service is completely unacceptable and not the level of service we expect from our carriers.
While residential and liftgate fees are standard industry requirements, the service itself must be performed correctly. We are currently investigating this with the shipping company to find out why the equipment failed and why this wasn't handled properly on-site.
We are looking into this and will be in touch shortly with a resolution.
