Unfortunately, the same problem as many others! You order something because it says in stock, shipping the next day or the day after.

But I don't get a track and trace number or any notification.
First and last time with this company.

I needed a new v snaar, but i needed it the next day.
I was searching for a webshop which could provide me with this, and with most it was a 2 day delivery.
Until i came with Zendri, they said if it is in stock it will be send the same day.
So ik ordered it en was waiting for my track and trace link, unfortunately this never came.
So next day i called this company with the question why i did not received the link.
The lady i spoke on the phone who was very nice and professional, was going to look into it, when she came back on the phone she told me that the item was send.
In the end i received the item 1 day later which for me it was basically to late.
I never ordered anything here before, and due to correct communication, in this case the track and trace link which i would have expected the same day and my urgency for this item i did not had a positive experience.
So do i order here again, i think not there are more suppliers i had more positive experiences with

Four times I have ordered from this company. Four times the parts show as 'in stock' and 'shipped the next day'. And four times the parts have either showed up a week later, or I have received an email saying that there was a mixup and the parts are not in stock. Get your act together - companies that handle their inventory and shipping in this manner don't last long. . .

The statement "in stock" is the same as the statement "there is a mix-up in stock" for this company. I cannot understand how such ridiculous companies do business in Europe. You believe the statement "in stock" and then you receive an e-mail. They write "there is a mix-up in our stock". Then they gain 1-2 days. Then if you wait for the shipping information, you will wait longer. The product is being packaged. Either I ordered two damn pieces, send them or cancel them.

Hardware ordered 2 Crankshafts for Honda MT8 which are not the correct model and spy gasket kit for MT8 which is not complete missing the crankshaft spy gasket. Request for return with photo as proof that the parts have not been unpacked and in response from the service: return refused because outside the 15-day period accepted

Dave, from customer service, has been extremely supportive on helping me to navigate ZANDRI’s website and to choose the right spare part I needed. Quick response and efficiency

The only thing is that they don’t deliver to the UK. That’s not their fault anyway, but one more of the Brexit inconveniences

I hardly recommend it

A little bit disappointed because I don't have the kit to install it so now it's standing here because it's not complete.
