I bought multiple items and I received am item without a tag!
I bought them as gift and when I wanted to return the only item, I received the below email that I need to pay 55 DKK to return the item.
It’s not my fault that your item comes with no tag!!!!!
It’s not even mentioned that the item does not have tag! The customer service Pernille said that not all of items have tags!
How come it’s possible!

Thank you for your message.
We understand your concern; however, as stated in our return policy, all items must be returned in their original condition — including with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return cost or accept responsibility for missing tags after delivery.
Some products may come without a tag from the supplier, but this does not affect their condition as new items. In such cases, the standard return fee of 55 DKK still applies.
