Fantastic car hire company. Helped us get shillings and fuel up when collecting. We had a problem with a motorbike hitting the car. They were straight out to help us. No charge for damage. The cars are older 4x4. Be grateful for this. Most roads are hard to navigate with lots of unexpected humps and hotpoles. You would not want to drive anything new on this island.

In most cases when traveling to a lower middle income country, you naturally have fears with services and the quality of service provided,however in this case they are extremely reliable and the process was simple and smooth mostly conducted on WhatsApp, their responses are timely and frequent. Something that stood out for me is that this was the only company, when searching online that offered to apply for a driver's permit and little did i know, is that this is compulsory in this country.
Keeping in mind that due to the roads and traffic these vehicles are not the newest but still very reliable.
I was met at the airport on time, and a full debrief of the driving rules and vehicle was given to me.
I had requested a baby seat and the only criticism I can give them is that I received an infancy which was a little small for my son's but we still managed through the trip fine.
Payment was in cash in local currency or USD, on arrival, I only needed to pay $10 for the drivers permit application which was legit as I was also stopped by the local police.
At drop off there was no extra or additional charges as you fill your own fuel and if it is used they do not mind at what level do you drop the vehicle off.

I had one of the best experience from Zancars through their best service with punctual deliveries with a best car. I felt the enjoyment of my 4days freedom with car provided by them! I appriciated their service and so grateful by their service. Best quality car for affordable price. I wish nothing for them but the best for their best service.
