Scam, ordered through PayPal and they never sent items and PayPal sided with them when I reported them!! It’s been 3 months. The first 2 reviews for this company on trustpilot are totally freakin fake. All the 1 stars are legit.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get an order? I’ve emailed the company several times to find out my delivery date and no one ever gets back to me so I have no clue when I’m going to receive this if at all.

Complete SCAM
I ordered a dress, they sent it to the wrong address, and I never got it. I paid for it in full and now customer service is ignoring my emails. They literally stole from me and are now acting like nothing happened. Complete scam.

I am extremely happy with my experiences with Zalucy. I ordered some swimsuits with my friends from Zalucy. It was the first time we ordered from Zalucy. When we receive the package we found these swimsuits are so cute and exactly what we expected!! The material is soft and stretchy, everything fits well. Going to order AGAIN!
