Unreliable

I have ordered an item on 04.12.2025; Zalando didn't ship it till today (21.12.2025). After a lot of followup, they have informed as they will refund the money. Yet to receive the refund.

We are placing order to receive the product not the refund.

Dear Zalando Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company.

I received a pair of shoes that were used, dirty, and full of hair. The condition of the product was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable, especially for a company that claims to follow strict quality and hygiene standards.

After reporting the issue, I was surprised that no compensation was offered for the inconvenience caused. In addition, I was not provided with the free return email/label that your team promised. I called customer service again to ask about the return label, and I was simply told to “wait another 24 hours.” This response was unhelpful and shows poor customer service.

This entire experience has been very disappointing and far below the standards I expected from Zalando.

I kindly request the following:
1. Immediate delivery of a free return label.
2. A compensation or refund for this unacceptable situation.
3. A clear explanation of why such a mistake happened, and assurance that this will not happen again.

I hope that this complaint will be taken seriously.

Price discrimination

The boots I have been wanting to buy (but were too expensive) are now on sale in all sizes except for my size, which is 735dkk higher than the next size down. This is discrimination and I will be buying my clothes from your competition from now on.

Always good service

Always good service. Quick return. I got return not only for the item as I expexted, but also for the delivery. That means full amount for the item that did not fit me. It's a pleasant surprise, always happy with Zalando.❤️

I had a horrible experience with…

I had a horrible experience with Zalondo!!!
Be aware of not competent service!
One month ago i ordered a jacket for a Christmas present.
I chose it S ,but i reserved M…
After talking we the service Center,i was promised for i will receive S if i do the order again.
Unfortunately i got M for the second time…
I asked for compensation because of this experience,but they said for it’s not possible…

I am extremely disappointed and i will not use ZALANDO any more!

Har flere .dk trustpilot profiler???

EDIT: Used to shop here all the time. Got horrible after Bestseller joined in on the business.

Superslow delivery times. It's faster to order from Amazon in another country than from Zalando.

Drowns in Bestseller products that are positioned first in every search. You can't filter them away and it is a waste of time to scroll through the trashy items to the real brands.

Slow return processing and even had times where they didn't return my money at all despite having the tracking number to prove it shipped.

If you ordered a product, and they change the price right after, and they still have some in stock of that exact product and size. They will have you order a complete new one even when you haven't received the first one, instead of just refunding you the difference. Waste of everyone's time and horrible for the environment. So they may offer environmental shipping if you pay extra but they do nothing themselves for the environment. Typical Bestseller.

I would recommend Bootz who often have the same products or Miinto if you are looking for quality design.
