not impressed

not impressed: the operator info was hidden under a footer link that did not open properly on mobile. Maybe it exists somewhere, but burying basic details makes the whole site feel evasive.

the deposit history page shows the last 3 months and nothing before that, so when i wanted to work out what id put in since january i had to ask support, and they said they cannot provide statements.

It should have been simple: the agent ended chat while I was still typing. No warning, no transcript button, no ticket number. I sat there staring at the little closed-chat message like a fool.

credit for having all four tools and for making them easy to find, which not everywhere manages. no credit at all for what happens once you set one. my monthly deposit cap disappeared twice this year without an email either time. the session reminder has vanished after three separate app releases. and a break request confirmed as immediate did not begin for three days. so they exist and they do not hold, and only the second half of that matters

the tax section gets its own dedicated…

the tax section gets its own dedicated page. which payout amounts trigger a W-2G, what gets withheld, when the form shows up in your account. i had one hit in February and the form was sitting there in March, correct figure, nothing to follow up on.

Signed up in April thinking it would be simple. It is not. Bonus terms across four pages, a payout that needed documents nobody mentioned, and a support chat that answers a different question to the one you asked. Still playing, less of it though
