Amazing experience, well packaged goods.
Lead time was more than one week within EU, however, it was expected as free delivery option was selected. If you need stuff faster, expedited delivery can be an option at some additional cost. Rest, all fine. I will for sure buy again if I find what I am looking for, at a good price.

My second notebook quality was really bad. Madam Bovari was got wet or something, it’s really sad that I have paid and I got this. But the first notebook Nostradamus is really nice.
But you are sellers right? I have to check before sending!!! It’s just a notebook! It’s not an electronic device, just a notebook, u can easily check and send!

We are sorry for that. Nevertheless, as you noticed, the notebooks were both wrapped with cellophane directly from the manufacturer. So, any issue with notebooks occurs due to manufacturer’s error, which we could not have control over. Meanwhile, we were not informed about the issue earlier, to assist you.
Regarding our service, you placed your order on Monday 8/7 and we shipped it via DHL Express on the same day, so it does not get faster than that. Also, your items were packed carefully. Consecutively, our service does not deserve the 1-star rating.

Pre Ordered the M1000 Renaissance
Pre Ordered the M1000 Renaissance and communication was great, pen was shipped very close to original estimate. Best price I could find, world wide.
Pen arrived quickly, safe and sound.
As seems to be case, the new Pelikan nib did need a bit of tuning, but a beautiful pen and writes well now.
