Bought a backpack with them in September , they said the my order was shipped ,but it was not. I have never received. They don’t answer my emails. I ask my credit card to cancel the purchase ,but for the credit card company the answer saying that I did the purchase and they had delivered my order . it has pass 3 months without an answer or my order delivered

It's been 3 fu*king months. I didn't receve any emails or tracking of my order.
So unsatisfied. They just took the money and vanished off.
Shame on you zacmarket, you fu*king Trash.
