Security ???

I ave only had the card for about one month. Twice now someone has gained access to my account and changed my address, once even requesting a new card. I have tried to make contact with Zable but they seem to be ignoring me. I cannot phone them because my postcode does not match the one on the account which was changed by someone getting into the account.
