Unfortunately I also have the Spotify…

Unfortunately I also have the Spotify issue, originally messaged on whats app on 31st April with no response, then filled in the online form on 6th April, still no response. My YouTube premium account has also been suspended. No response. I have left this review for a long time to give them plenty of time to put right. Hopefully someone will actually answer.
I had been using this company for two years and in general they have been good.
Edit. I’ve not asked for a refund, I’ve asked for it to be sorted, as per messages.
Edit. Spotify is back but still no YouTube premium

I do not recommend

I've been waiting for two weeks for a refund, which I'm owed according to the website. Unfortunately, the only response I received was "I want to make sure we've explored all options for you."
After a few days, a survey was created with the following options:
-new account(Fast Process)
-Follow Up With Me To Find Best Solution (Slow Process)
This is pure scamming, lying, and blatant deception.

Already give form for all customers to fill on whatsapp + mail
consider I'm fixing +1400 spotify account in last few days ( +850 Fixed ) and I get 1400 customers keep sending messages every minute so I handle fixes + respond as much as I can
Consider it works for long time and those just couple of days I'm fixing it, I didn't hide or ask for money or anything, Just time and all will back to Normal !!!

I've had great experience during the purchasing process last year and it was super fast. With the recent spotify problem - it was resolved in 48 hours, so it was not too much of an issue to me. Thank you Z4Keys.

Spotify has been cancelled, no reply on whatsapp or email, you should have been prepared for something like this to happen with so many customers, i am missing out on days, will you make up for it if it gets fixed.

Like everyone else, Spotify cancelled. Just ignoring what's app when an automated message saying they are aware of the issue and will get back to you would help. Do not go near now

Be careful

Started off well well, however I have since had my You Tube and Spotify accounts cancelled.
Z4keys are slow at replying when issues like this arise, my account has now been down 3 days 😡😡😡

Great Service

Spotify account disabled after 8months…

Spotify account disabled after 8months due to the account being purchased in a different country then where I'm listening from. z4keys reached out and offered several different solutions.

Please let us know which option works best for you, and we’ll assist you immediately. If you choose an upgrade or a new account, we’ll provide all the new Spotify details.

Good while it lasted

Good while it lasted, but Spotify have removed my premium account & put me on a free account as my IP address doesn't match the country in which it was paid for. AI answered my 1st 2 WhatsApp messages, but I haven't had a response from an actual person. Really disappointing 😔
