No support or contact, avoid
My Spotify and YouTube accounts have been closed, had no correspondence from Z4KEYS.
04/04/2026 - Now have Spotify back, but not the plan I purchased, but at least it's here. It took quite a long time to get this resolved however. I appreciate it had an impact on hundreds of accounts.
07/04 Still without YouTube, been over a week now. Every time I get in touch they say they are working on it. It shouldn't take this long.
12/04 - YouTube went off on 27 March, still waiting for it either to be reinstated or my money back. YouTube refund them the money on 27 March too. The way things have been id rather just have my money back. Going to give it two more days and then approach my credit card company.
17/04 Still no reply or contact from Z4KEYS. Safe to say I will never use them again. I have now deleted the original review.
