Cant Trust Them
Very disappointing experience and unfortunately not what we expected from a professional celebrant. Contacted them seeing 200 5 star reviews on google and not a single 4 star review. I shpuld have been more careful.
Cant trust them. We found it difficult to get clear and timely responses when we needed them. There seemed to be a lack of organisation and attention to detail, which added unnecessary stress at a time when we expected things to be handled professionally and smoothly.
What was most disappointing was the way our concerns were handled. Rather than feeling listened to and reassured, we were left frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall service and communication.
Based on our experience, the service fell well short of our expectations, particularly in terms of communication, professionalism and customer care. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this celebrant.
Also, the rudeness was very evident.
