We went for umrah last week with our daughter and two grandchildren aged 9 and 7. The price that covered flights and accommodation was extremely reasonable and the hotels given were brilliant. The company representative was available to answer any questions we had . We were so impressed by their services that we would go with them every time we have to go for Umrah. We recently had the immense blessing of performing Umrah, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience, all thanks to our incredible travel guide, Saida. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfectly arranged and that we felt cared for, informed, and completely at ease throughout the journey.
Saida’s attention to detail and thoughtful planning stood out in every part of the trip. She made sure we had all the necessary information about our hotels, our travel group, and the itinerary, and the organisers came to the airport themselves to help us install eSIMs on our phones. That simple gesture made a huge difference allowing us to travel independently, stay connected with our families, and feel safe and secure, especially as a group of women.
The accommodations arranged were top quality, and every excursion was beautifully organised with lovely service and care. A particular highlight was the free Ziyarat tour, guided by someone who was both deeply knowledgeable and inspiring, giving us spiritual insight that added so much meaning to our journey.
