I had questions about the status of my box throughout the process and the support team helped me in a timely manner. The time a person receives their box will depend on when customs releases the box. In my case it was an additional 2 weeks to what they had predicted. I received half of the items I thought I would and even the ones that were not were very cute and all items are very practical.

I’ve been with yumetwins for 6 months now and I’ve loved every single box! They’re reliable and fast, even though it’s coming all the way from Japan!! Each month I get a box full of goodies that almost never disappoint, highly recommend their subscription boxes <3

These boxes are Absolutely AMAZING for most fans that are into certain popular ips (like kirby, pokemon etc) and it's especially worth the money for what cute items you get in these boxes, plus it's quite nice to see what each month holds in so, it's a lovely surprise but if you want to see what holds in next month you can via the website.

In general, this is 100% worthwhile with these bundles of joy

I absolutely love yumi twins, my daughter loves yumi twins. I signed up to this as a reward system for my daughter and it works a treat. She stays on task and waits excitedly every month for her box

I receive our YumeTwins box every month, and I get excited when I open it. This time, it was a Sakura Party Box. I love the Sanrio Sakura Mat, Quit Kuromi Sakura keychain, Sanrio Sparkle hair clip, and My Melody soap.

I wrote their customer service because I paid for 13 boxes (1 single box and a 12 month subscription). They missed one complete box and in another one they've send me the main item (Kuromi plush bag - The rest was just small items) a second time instead of something new.
I'm fighting for the missing box and a fresh new item since years and still get ignored. The email with photos as proof was send by me on the 8th of January 2024 because they wanted me to prove everything. I wrote multiple mails before and after. I still don't get my 2 missing boxes or 1 box and 1 main item.
My real name is felicitas fuhrmann and yume can check if that is true. The last mail is from last week (23. January).

Update: They are lying in their response. I'd prove this by sending Screenshots but I can't add them here. I am reaching out to them while they keep ignoring me. I've send so many messages, I can't even count it.

The mails with pictures to prove I'm that I'm telling the truth were send on the third of March 25, 18th of February 25, 8th of January 2024 and today again. Those mails were all send to their official customer service who ONLY asked for prove but ignores me as soon as I've send it. They still owe me 2 boxes that I've paid for.

This was my first ever subscription box and I’ve been wanting this collab ever since I first saw it. My box arrived faster than I expected and the miku plush is very cute and bigger than I thought. I love the stationary set and the organization box, I can’t wait to use them!

Yume Twins is my favorite subscription box. I like that it’s a box that has useful merch and always familiar faces (Kirby, Pokemon, Sailor Moon etc.) I also like that when you collect a certain number of boxes you can be eligible for a small discount and can skip depending on finances. I look forward to seeing what the theme is each month and I also love the cute booklet with cultural information.

i have always wanted to order a box for myself so once i ordered one, i was excited to get it! it was so fast to get to me given i live in iceland (and usually it takes a very long time to get stuff lol) but it’s all good and just as expected! absolutely love my box and i think i’m gonna keep my subscription for sure to get more boxes :)
