I ordered the Pokémon Mew Jeans a few months ago for my birthday, for roughly £80.

Delivery time extremely long, but not too out of the ordinary for custom print.

However, I ordered the "medium" which was apparently meant to be a 32 waist. You can imagine my surprise when I tried them on and they were closer to a 38 waist.

We contacted the sellers who refused to swap them due to them only making enough to order. Fine, how about a refund? No. No refund and we were made to feel guilty for asking because, and I quote "We're a small company that can't afford it". So I suppose that £80 was a donation to a small company, you're welcome!

Not only are the jeans extremely different to the advertised size, they're very low quality, ill fitting, and smell disgusting.

Do not shop here.

They will refuse to give you a refund or cancel your order without a 50% fee, even after failing to meet their own shipping deadlines.

If you try to dispute, they will send you an extremely late (and low quality) product from some international location, and then ghost you if you try to make an attempt to arrange a return.

This seller is not honorable and their clothing designs are stolen from small creators. Spend your money somewhere where you get the quality that you pay for.

Product never arrived and no response from customer service. Avoid.

I ordered the Mew Jeans, and while they did arrive - they did not match the photos. They were also far bigger than the size guide outlined. When I tried to organise a return, the company ghosted me. I’ve since found out that their designs are stolen. I’m planning to do a chargeback.

idk if people care as deeply about this as i do but a lot of their items are stolen from another creator (ig: jot__ta). using stolen product and using fake reviews… seems suspicious to me

Seems very sketchy and misleading. Trust Pilot even mentions them using fake “ trust pilot “ reviews on their website. One of those is done by “ Kevin “ and ironically the only different review on here is done by a Kevin as well. I wouldn’t trust it yet. Be aware! They’re username on Instagram also isn’t properly spelled. Be careful y’all!

I ordered a zipup from their 'sakura' collection and the quality is surprisingly really good.

I was scared to buy at first because its an instagram brand with not a lot followers but it actually arrived.

Be aware that it did take about 6 weeks to get my zipup but they did mention its made to order and the quality is good
