Worst experience ever had, poor customer service they have not even responded to my formal complaint that I have filed via email and phone, get told the same thing over and over again no one is free to take my call, mr Dan Simons is always in a meeting, it’s so frustrating they owe me £600 and have confirmed they have received all the items back and still will not process my refund, it’s an absolute nightmare and so frustrating and stressful, I advise to stay well away from this company, quick to harass me for my money and impossible to get your money back
