I ordered Sitting Man & Dog for my brother -- it reminded me of how much he loves his dogs and I just thought it was wonderful -- my brother was very happy with his gift -- he said it was very well made, really nice quality.

The pieces were beautifully crafted, so well-made! Real Wood! No chips or splinters. I bought two, both were gifts, received and loved right away. Well worth the money spent, which was not as much as you'd think for anything handmade.

I placed an order with Yukon Design Studio on Nov. 20 and received it yesterday (Dec. 4), and I couldn’t be happier! Their wonderful website makes browsing and discovering products a pleasure—it’s clear, beautifully designed, and showcases their items perfectly. The online ordering process was simple and seamless, and I appreciated the tracking link that allowed me to follow my order.
When the tracking showed “out for delivery” on Dec. 2 but nothing had arrived by the morning of the 4th, I reached out to Yukon Design. I received a personal email, an apology for the delay and an immediate follow-up from the company. Within just a few hours, everything was resolved—and shortly after, my order arrived.
The product itself is absolutely beautiful, exceeding my expectations in every way. I’m confident my wife will be touched by this special Christmas gift.
What truly impressed me with this company was the personalized response and quick resolution. Martin’s professionalism and care are rare in today’s world of automated AI bot-type “press 1, 2, 3…” responses. A personal response from a real person was deeply appreciated. That level of service is exceptional.

A problem with my first delivery was rectified immediately with a replacement sent. Excellent customer service, just bear in mind delivery takes a couple of weeks but worth waiting for

I ordered a couple of items for a friend. Afterwards they changed their mind and l thought l would be stuck with them but Martin from customer service helped me by canceling the order without complaint. I am confident when l say you can trust this company. They are solid and actually care about their customers. They also have quality products!!

Not only was the artwork carved pieces in ordered, beautiful, but when I goofed on clicking too soon and had left something out they sent a replacement order very quickly. A wonderful experience that brick and mortar stores have forgotten. Customer satisfaction is very highly served with this company and the carved art is ADORABLE AND BEAUTIFUL.
I could not be happier in recommending this company. Any booboos will be taken care of asap, and the wonderful products are made in USA. Proud to be a customer of this company !

Update to previous review. Still have not received item or refund. Seller states it was delivered to my house but not a picture of my house. The reasonable thing to do is refund or resend but now several months into this with no further responses from seller I feel that this is a lost cause (and a loss of $50) The best I can do is warn you all to avoid this seller.

I received their link through my New York Times account. Their website is so convincing that it never occurred to me to check in Trustpilot.

I was convinced I ordered two different, hand crafted, wood carvings, but I received two of the same. so I contacted them to ask if I could exchange one. No replay.
I looked at their return policy and they make it almost impossible to return, with the time restrictions and cost of postage.

I was a bit suspicious when I saw the products wrapped roughly, with no indication that they came from a design studio. the return address, rather than a studio in the USA, is from a warehouse in Buckinghamshire.

When I buy from a craftsperson, the items, even a card, are beautifully and lovingly wrapped, usually with a personal message, that leaves no doubt about the provenance.

The products I received are obviously mass produced, made by a machine, and look OK, but certainly are not worth the price they charge for them.

I ordered from their website, my order number is Order #127133, but, like the orders of all the people that rate one star, they will be no record of mine.

This people have no shame, they are just scammers. I wish there was some way to stop them.

I later on received the offer to get the right figurine without returning the one I do not need, after paying £6 towards postage. At this point, having paid over £40 for my previous order, I decided to buy the figurine I wanted on Amazon for just over £6, which is possibly the right price.

I had a minor delivery issue ..a mistake on my part....and it was handled very promptly. Recipients love the product.....

Thought I was buying jewelry from a small design studio that was making handcrafted inhouse products in small quantities. Wrong, it's just cheap Chinese mass produced jewelry that you can buy on Alibaba for 95 percent less. Live and learn and don't believe everything you read. This operation is just a marketing gimmick and they aren't being honest about their products. And no, their products aren't being copied by Chinese companies, it IS made in Asia/China 100% there's no way these items are being made in the USA, buyer beware. Additional info added Nov 26 2025- Got a reply from Yukon Design Studio claiming my review was "unauthentic" so had to prove that I am a real customer. Sadly the never answered any of my concerns, just a well crafted and likely well used response denying any claim that they don't sell their products on other websites, a question/claim I never asked/made. My point was that I doubt very much they are making their products themselves, rather buying it from Asia/ China like all the other companies that sell identical products at prices as low as 90% less than they do. You can find them on Alibaba or Etsy, just search for them, easy to find. And yes they are 100% identical, not just close but exactly the same, probably made in the same factory. I was just disappointed that I thought I was buying some items that were genuinely unique and quality made by professional jewelers in the USA and that I was supporting a local craft business that was making original designs and hopefully paying their staff decent wages for it. I was wrong however, and I guess if I did my homework I would have known this before I bought these items. I'm just really disappointed and a bit annoyed at the way they describe their company but it's just a clever story designed to make you think you're buying something special when your not. I'm happy to let them prove me wrong but I doubt that they can, at least not while being honest. As I said above, it's buyer beware. Thank you.

The kindness and personal attention afforded me when I requested assistance in placing my first order stood out! I was actually made to feel that filling my small order was important to Yukon, and they were willing to take the time to get it right-- so that I would be satisfied. The personal, human touch was unlike any previous online purchasing, as well as most brick and mortar purchasing! Thank-you, Martin! Also, I wasn't expecting my purchases to arrive (across the border!) so promptly! Upon viewing my purchases....I am delighted! They are exactly as described, and I'm sure those who will receive them as gifts will be delighted! Very best wishes for the future!

The wooden sculptures are mass produced in China as I found out to my expense. The quality isn't that bad but Yukon s claim that they are handmade and polished at their family run workshop in the USA are simply wide of the mark. No such workshop. Mass produced in China and Yukon Design studios are just rented office space in Delaware. usa. STAY CLEAR

The artwork I received was exactly as advertised. This simplistic piece made of lovely wood brings much meaning to its new owner, thank you.

In this experience I have nothing but to say I was 100% satisfied with the vendor and cost involved very reasonable.

Easy ordering and good quality finish. However, paid for gift wrapping and the bag supplied was too small, who is the person who orders bags too small for the product they are meant to hold?!

Just received the lady with the flowing locks holding the dogs chin sculpture and compared it to the same design which I purchased from Amazon a month ago for a third of the price. The items are exactly the same, they are made with the same materials and are both rough cut by machinery (not hand made) and both were thrown into a bubble polythene bag in two peices for you to fix together yourself. So don't bother paying over £23 plus shipping for this item from Yukon when you can get the same thing from Amazon for less than £6 with free shipping. They are both mass made in China. Don't believe the Yukon reply to this review that they don't deal with Amazon, I have proof in my hands. Made in China and Yukon made a big profit.
Just to prove the package originated from China I removed the shipping label to reveal the original label beneath, it read 'CAI N!Ao' which is a shipping company in China.

As happens on occasion, there was a flaw in the making of the product I bought from Yukon Design. As happens too rarely, their response to rectifying the issue was over-the-top satisfying: quick, personal, and, most important, honoring their commitment.

Before ordering I saw reviews about poor customer service. I did not have a bad experience. I tracked the merchandise and emailed Yukon when the shipment seemed to stall. They replied immediately and my order was received promptly after that.
