They do not refund and sell non-working scripts. Be careful, these guys are sitting in Ukraine and deceiving buyers

I have a Lifetime subscription and I am completely satisfied with the speed of updating the files, and the Yukapo site is the best, but it also has some problems:
Support is weak and does not respond to requests
Some files are sold out of subscription, which are very expensive and must be purchased again, such as yith files.

However, contrary to the negative comments, after the Yukapo hack, my account was restored and it works without any problems, and it is a really good and reliable site.

I have purchased a product from yukapo site and they have charged me but never sent me the link to download the product. Under my account section and purchase history, there is no option to download the product. I have opened a support ticket, but no answer at all, till now it's been 7 days. I have also sent them an email, but no reply! why???

But here, I can see you guys are sending feedback for the reviews. Why can't you reply on your site first?

I think is a scam site, I placed the order, after the checkout the website return a payment error, money has been taken by stripe, they never reply to my request, I sent many messages without any kind of support. I requested the refund and I'll fill up a claim with the stripe gateway. Keep safe you money

Just to be sure no others waste time and money, you never sent any mail to me and the service I paid is not working, refund money now or you expect the charge back. Stripe will close your account.

After a week, I'm here writing again because they never sent the item I purchased, pay attention to this scam seller.

EDIT : To answer your comment, I bought a theme from your site. I never received my order. I sent you a dozen emails with no response. If my comment is present, it's because Trustpilot verified the veracity of my complaint. If you need proof, don't hesitate to reply to my emails....

Hello, they wanted to debit my card and we have two weeks without the purchased 6-month subscription, this situation seems very bad of you.

I got the lifetime plan and some pics of do not show on the site but I can download so it seems after wherever it happened it is getting fixed. My access was not removed which I am glad for.

They charged me 3 times, and no response tickets claims. My account revoked and money lost.

The security of this website has been compromised. Despite my cancellation of subscription, they have still charged me and I am unable to access the website. Furthermore, they have failed to restore the website after repeatedly promising that it will be back within three days. It has been weeks since the incident, and I advise against considering a membership.

Don't buy any not included in subscription so extra payable products! These products often don't work or are not nulled the same as rest as they don't care, but it's not a problem when it's subcription. But if you have pay extra for this, and it doesn't work and they don't reply for tickets then I thank you for your "service". Better to use other GPL site where you have any support. They don't undestand competition is huge here.

This site shows a severe lack of respect towards customers as they consistently fail to respond to inquiries. It is unclear whether it is due to a lack of knowledge or simply neglect, but the site only stores data up until January, rendering orders and memberships unavailable. This raises concerns about the fate of the money paid by numerous individuals. Such lack of responsibility and professionalism is highly disconcerting. One can only hope that a competent individual will intervene and shut down this fraudulent site.

don't buy from them scam no support telling to install their plugin to work and there plugin is not working

they just dont respond after taking payment and give no file . COMPLETELY FRAUD.

Terrible support. A lot of the script is not in working condition. Money is not returned. Complain to the payment system for blocking it
