Avoid the Lakeside store...
Visited the store in Lakeside today. The attendant was not engaging, gave me short one worded answers, was more interested in browsing on her phone than lookomg after the customers.
Asked if they had any WotC pokemon cards, she said no. I found a few on display. Display cabinet looked bare, like someone out it together last minute. Not very well arranged, not an impressive collection.
Seems to appeal more for the today generation than the generation that grew up with it, would advise to train staff and review the layout of stores. Happy to come back if there has been improvement.

UPDATE FROM VENDOR RESPONSE
There definitely was a store in Lakeside under your previous name, which has now been closed. Perhaps another company was using your old name without your consent? I would contact Lakeside shopping center and enquire about this before more stores appear using your name and giving your brand a bad reputation....

Hello, thanks for the review. Just to confirm we do not have a store in lakeside. Our previous name was NinjaTCG and is now KRY TCG. We have never had a physical store.
*Edited from reviewer response. No worries at all. I have just checked and it seems that the store was called Ninja Cards, not Ninja TCG. It was also a different logo. Howeve, sorry they gave you a bad experience

The most friendly card shop I've ever done business with, an absolutely lovely collection of goodies for the avid Yu-Gi-Oh collector or someone starting out. An amazing reward scheme, a beautiful website and sales on top of their already competitively priced goods!!!
