If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Terrible products. Taste like crap. Their customer service is the worst. I sent back my product and 13 days later they claim they never got it even though I have proof it was delivered. They ask for the tracking number and I send it just for them to say they would “happily issue a refund if I give them a tracking number” as if they never read my previous email they were replying to. Their system signed me up for a subscription even though I know I chose the one time only charge and they sent me another freaking order that I now have to send back and waste money because they won’t send me a return shipping label. I’m so frustrated with this company.

I have been using Beautiful Yu products for three years now. As far as the products, I like them. For the customer service, it is horrible. They have no phone number, they do not solve your problems when you email them, if an order is lost, they want you to find it. That is not how I view customer service. They are also closed on the weekends, so if you have an issue, you have to wait until Monday and hope you get a response, again they never solve your problem. I have had a subscription there for three years and I am about to cancel it. If they don’t value their customers any more than this, I do not feel like it is a very professional corporation. I have been in customer service all of my life, and my customers come first, always! So, to you, Beautiful Yu, if you think this is the way to handle customer service you need to go to school or hire people who have an insight of a persons needs and who have a sense of urgency. After all, the customer is why you get paid and without them, you have nothing. So I do not recommend this company if you are looking for customer service because they have no idea what it means.

I have been using trim fit & collagen faithfully for sometime.
I was nervous, at first, because I am very sensitive to Caffeine. Had no problems.
Since Dec 2024 I have lost 40 lbs. I did not change my eating habits or increase my activity.
If I miss a day my abdomen gets distended but the next day, after drinking the Trim Fit, the distention went away.
I will continue to take these products.

I refuse to buy from a company who is associates themselves with anti-vaxxers.

I and a regular customer from Portugal and enjoy shopping with Yu Beauti for its genuine products that I get in a reasonable price together with many extra gift hampers. They have a very good response regarding any defective products and any other issues. I strongly recommend shopping with Yu Beauti
