Very pleasant ordering experience. Great communication with quick response time! The package was mailed out and packed so well that despite the outer shipping box showing some damage, the internal contents were well protected due to how they packed it before shipping!

Great service and really responsive! They're pretty nice and cleared up my doubts, plus they always have a lot of variety and they were the only place that still had 25th Anniversary Agito when it was sold out everywhere else! If I could I would give them 6 stars.

Great service.
Purchased a hard to find item at a very reasonable price for presale on their website. I knew the expected arrival date before placing the order and have been kept informed every step of the way. Multiple delivery options available at good prices considering the distance the item would be travelling, from japan to uk. Item arrived quickly once it arrived to them, was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I will be using them again.

Make sure you reach out to them after purchase. Placed order and it took months to receive items because they never notified me about the new import fees. I would have paid them instantly if i knew what happening. After the fact though i got my items within a few days of getting things sorted and packaging was great as well as my product.
