Terrible! They keep sending me products, and I never subscribed to them. Also, the product is crap. Had to call my bank and do a stop payment request. Their website won't let you log in an adjust a subscription. It seems like a total scam. DO NOT ORDER!
My order was processed without confirming my payment details or delivery address via shop using my work account and an old work address.
I emailed straight after this happened, to every email received since and tried to call but got a Chinese voicemail.
I have had zero response from the company to assist.
I then realised I was also signed up for a subscription and my card details saved which I did not approve. Almost all versions of the website hide the subscription service details and I had to search the desktop version of the website multiple times to locate a place to cancel the subscription and remove my card details.
I did not authorise money to be taken from this account and the website alongside shop app was very misleading in how it made the transaction and shared my details.
Very unhappy :(
The pink face mask is a fraud . You sell « like salmon sperm »masks and you make fun of people and of course they do nothing. So dissatisfied
Would never purchase this product again does not give me the glass look it said it would what a waste of £50 for 12 face masks.
