I take two supplements from Youth&Earth.that seam to have a similar composition Nerve Growth Factor and Morning Dust I asked for possible interactions and got a well informed reply. Very pleased with the advice I wish to thank them.

I recently experience some issues accessing my account and filled out a form & didn't expect to hear anything until at least a weeks time. Within the hour I had been contacted by someone & all resolved extremelly quickly.

Subscription not fulfilled.

My experience has been excellent with them, first when reaching out for an out of stock product, then when the courier company never delivered it and instead they sent it back. I was very fast offered a replace and sent a new product to a different address with a great actitude towards me, always willing to help. So beside al the trouble, they had a super efficient service,fast, friendy... so a 10 out of 10 will be a fair description.

I’ve been buying supplements from Youth & Earth for several months and have been satisfied with the quality of the products. I’m also happy with customer service; when my order did not arrive, they immediately responded to my email and sent me new supplements.

I have purchased supplements from Youth & Earth a couple of times. I really appreciate they stock the kind of products of high quality that I can't find elsewhere.
Although the recent purchase I made has been delayed due to high demands, they were very quick to respond to my query and provided me with a clear explanation and reassurance.

Thank you so much to the Youth & Earth Team for sorting out my recent order error. I unintentionally over ordered some of their brilliant products and realising my error, sent them an email by return explaining this (Saturday afternoon), not expecting to have a response until Monday. What a brilliant after-care team! They actioned my request with a personal email back to me, reassuring me that the error would be rectified and a refund issued. This has now been done so thank you again. I can 💯 %, recommend this great company. 👌

I have great trust in their products and my last order had special delivery requirements which they dealt with rapidly by email, which is often not the case with many companies.

I contacted Youth&Earth three times since the 24th March 2025 in order to arrange a return and refund of items purchased. This was in accordance with the company's own refund policy and UK consumer protection legislation. The company has not responded, I would advise caution when buying from this company.

I am so glad I found this site.
The customer service is above average -fast, nice, informative and they answer questions I would have a hard time asking a regular doctor.
I can't even describe how happy I am and how excited I am to receive my order.
