Ordered, paid, not delivered, did not answer emails, could not reach customer service by phone:( Filed complaint to PayPal, I got the full amount back in two weeks:)

There is no customer service, they don't answer to the emails, the number doesn't exist and I don't have idea if I will ever receive what I ordered and paid for.

One word - SCAM!

I ordered this product and it was not delivered so far (already more than 3 weeks ago). No reply from the "customer service" despite of my mails I'm sending them.

it never arrived after 3 months of waiting

I ordered the product in July 2022 and received it four months later in November 2022. I sent bunch of emails to them and got a reply few times. No one answered to the phone calls. So, you might get the product after all but don't hold your breath. Product is good in quality wise.

Like everyone else I have been waiting two months since payment. I have sent many emails and no replies.

I really wanted this map.

I will very soon be applying thru PayPal for my refund.

So disappointed.

Ordered in July 2022, have sent multiple emails and questions on their website. Have received no communication in return. Still awaiting ordered

I bought a 3d world map, delivery took a little longer than I expected but it was worth it. Very beautiful map and very good quality. And nice that I got a notice that the delivery will be a little late, as many stores do not have any notices and you can just wait endlessly.

Do not buy from these people they held my money for 3 month with false promises I wrote to my solicitors and the EU reporting them with fraudulent practices. Then the returned my money but it took a lot of effort all round

The pieces keep breaking up, it’s impossible to assemble it.

Ordered in July with the promise of delivery within 14 days.
Have been e-mailing customer since September. Every time they promised that the map was just about to be shipped.
After 4 months of waiting I have officielly requested my money back. That obviously has also not happened.
Hoax company!

It has been more than two months since I bought a map and until now it is not shipped.

Havent received it after 1 montg and a half

I still did not receive my order after two months of the order date

No sign of product over 2 months after ordering despite advertisement of 14 days. Only one delay email immediately after ordering but no new date advised. Calls go unanswered, messages and emails also produce no results.

I placed my order on the 11th of August
I was td sorry there is a delay or it will be shipped in x days

I never received anything

I had to claim my money back via PayPal on October 6th!

It has been 2 months since we made the online order
It has not been shipped yet. Tried 2 of the listed emails and phone number, no answer. Hopeless
I had a look at other reviews and seems they have the same experience
I’m really surprised how they are still in business with the way they are treating their customers

My order was not received, I contacted you x4 via email and no reply. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal and disputed. I have just received the money back. However I didn’t want the money I wanted the map I ordered. Shame on your customer service.
