A very satisfied customer
I did my research before spending so much money buying Disney/universal combo tickets, and even then was a little nervous, but I had no need to be. The tickets I bought were considerably cheaper than any others I found and the customer service was excellent. I cannot fault this company and would certainly recommend them. I will use them again in the future without doubt

Booked our trip to Orlando 12 months ago and I had been watching ticket prices from various sites trying to get the best deal. The main one people recommended were known for their Black Friday sale but on checking they actually increased their prices slightly beforehand so you thought you were getting a good deal whereas Ticket Genie advertise that their prices are consistently low without any special deals and it was true they were still cheaper than the main competitors ‘special’ deals. Easy process not a problem collecting tickets. Would definitely use again.

Always the cheapest - I’m not sure why anyone is booking anywhere else. I do think their website could be a little more user friendly, but amazing prices and brilliant customer service. I called them to ask a question, and they answered within seconds and couldn’t have been more helpful.

We bought our 14 day Universal hopper 4 park pass from here and it worked out a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than anywhere else by the time I’d added up 5 adult tickets. We didn’t have any issues with the tickets and had a great time in Orlando using them.

Great pricing, helpful, speedy and knowledgeable
We purchased Florida park tickets through Your Ticket Genie all of which was with ease and at a good price. We initially found them mentioned on various social media forums and they certainly live up to reviews. Shortly before our holiday we had a medical emergency which meant the trip couldn’t take place. During a very stressful time Tracy was so quick to deal with it so we had no further worry which was such a relief. Our booking was held then, when in a position rebook, it was done swiftly along with advice on park changes for the new year of booking. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and would certainly use them again.
Obviously circumstances may not allow them to be able to ‘hold’ all bookings the way ours was but I’ve no doubt that their team would do everything they possibly can.

I waited til January for the sales, to get our tickets for Universal, Orlando. Ticket genie still came in cheapest, even compared to other companies with their discounts! Tickets were easy to collect at the park (with photo id)and were available on the universal app once registered. All simple....Will definitely use them again.
