Untrustworthy, no comms, say goodbye to your money….
They used to be good, even very good; superfoods mixed down into powders that could be added to soups, smoothies, yoghurt, etc.
But my last order - March 5th 2024 for £160.80 - has gone unfulfilled despite repeat requests for an update, delivery or a refund. From digging around on Instagram, I am not alone in this predicament and the wall of silence from YourSuper only makes things worse - a bit of honesty would go a long way, particularly with regular subscribers who deserve that.
It would seem to me that YourSuper is in some sort of financial trouble, but the lack of communication means they’re not allowing customers to have any patience or sympathy with them. So, irrespective of whether I get a refund or not, I will never (try to) shop with them again, and I would urge anyone considering buying from them to not - you will not receive your product and you certainly won’t see your money again
