Horrible Service

I rented storage in Munich, to keep my furniture temporarily between moving out of my old apartment and moving into the new one. The day I went there, the code provided did not work. There was no phone support available to assist me. After several unsuccessful attempts, I had to rent storage from another provider. The loss that I had was not reimbursed, even after phone and e-mail contact. I already made contact by email, I already provided my bank account number, but nothing was reimbursed.
Flee from this service! Bad! A disgrace to the reputation of the service in Germany.

I have very bad experience

I have very bad experience. Somebody booked me one box without my knowledge, and I didn't know that around half a year. When I tried to rent that box, they didn't make me possible that I can pay and rent for around 2 months now. So I could not get door code as didn't let me paid, but according which information they giving me, box is already more than half a year booked under my name, and I should pay for all that. But I could use it 0 days.... questions which I have are ignored...I wanted to see those boxes to see what product is that, but didn't let me ( couldn't see them). (So I don't know is that some online scam or what?) But according online what I could see and found out now about them is writen that are some storeboxes, where person can store something or something like that. And I am not interested in such a product. I don't need and don't want such a product. But writing to me, that I should pay for product, which I don't want to have.!! Deee ?

The worst storage experience ever!

It was going well until we wanted to take out the luggage from the storage. The code we were given did not open the door and after a couple of tries the door got locked and as it was Sunday, there was nobody to solve our problem. There was no customer service available from Storebox and although Radical (the intermediary platform) agents tried to help, the codes given by them were not working and they couldn't solve the issue either. We were waiting at the door of the storage unit for 4 hours, we missed our train and came back to Berlin without our luggage. Then we waited for one week for them to ship our locked luggage back to us, as promised, but they didn't move a finger. So we had to go back all the way from Berlin to Leipzig to have the luggage back. They made us waste a lot of time. The worst storage experience ever!

Everything was so fine. Time and day was nice according with what I was looking for. 24/7. Except for the elevator that never works for me, the rest was om.

Will not use again

I had booked storage at store box via radical storage however I never received an entry code. When I arrived I called the company but they refused to let me in. In the end I had to use sbb storage Instead having lost one hour trying to get in. Having claimed that they did not have my booking it was interesting that 4 days later I received a notification about the storage as well as this request to provide a review. Would never use again

I overall find the concept of Storebox…

I overall find the concept of Storebox to be ideal in today's rapidly changing world. So many people, suddenly need to be on the move, either within their own country, but equally frequently - for work. Is it worth selling your treasures for fragments of what you paid when moving abroad for just a year or two? I'd say not.
The storage spaces are amazingly diverse in sizes & budgets, and the prices can't be beaten.
While travelling a lot this semester, I find this service to be efficient, rapid & inexpensive. You'd be amazed at what can be put away by firstly going to check out the cubicles before booking.

Excellent so far

Excellent so far. Good place.Tidy with a long trolley to carry big, heavy things.
Pay with PayPal and you get the code immediately.
The contact service called me to help me with some questions . He solved all my questions.
Only one aspect can be improved: the entrance step is extremely high. A ramp would help to enter with heavy items.

I haven’t booked the storage

I haven’t booked the storage, went through checkout and exit it in the end and they charged me for a full month without even using it. They didn’t want to waive anything. Don’t recommend at all!

It is very easy to set up and get…

It is very easy to set up and get access! I wish the parking was easier as it can be difficult to find a place close to the storage area. Also, the lock started to not lock on the second day of use. All in all, it is a great storage facility!

Storebox left me hanging

Storebox was not able to process any credit card payments and they left me hanging with all my items at the storage entrance. Customer support promised to call back and solve the issue still the same night, but I didn't hear back until the day after.

Don't expect an immediate access, rather, plane several days ahead!

CAREFUL: TRIXTERS

Booking of a storage box was easy and very uncomplicated but you are usually very stressed and in a hurry when you do a move so you don't read the contract in full where it says that the VERY EXPENSIVE box is automatically renewed for one month if you don't cancel after 2 weeks. I realised after 15 days and called. Just at the first time I was able to talk to someone who could not do anything but rather said I had to write an e-mail to cancel. I wrote twice with no reply at all. Cancelling online was tedious with many pitfalls of booking another month. I thought they were gracious and I would have been given the second month for free but NO: I booked for another month with one month extra for free - and that in the section where I wanted to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect. This is a total fraud, immoral and it gave me many sleepless nights. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS AT ALL!!!

I am pleased with this company and their service. I needed a storage box very quickly and being in another country I was able to book a storage space online without any problem.
