Slow Customer Service and greedy Contract Details
I unfortunately forgot to upload the fotos of the empty storebox as proof of a correct return. Then storebox just extended the contract by making a new contract with a new contract number and a more expensive price (price increased about 20%!). I wrote to the customer service, they just didn't answer, so the contract extended again and again, till I tried to call them, I got a good advice to revocate the contract instead of waiting for another answer to my E-Mail request to solve the problem. The form was nowwhere to be found on the website itself, I had to google it. Found it luckily, also the answer to this took a long time...in the end I paid extra and I am still not sure if they will not answer for more money.
Might work well for other people having business with them, but then do not forget to make every step of your side correctly, because they will take their time with answering and processing, so they can make more money out of you.
